I guarantee two things to all my wedding clients.

Number One – you will be only focusing on your fiancé and the happiness of each moment, or the swell of emotion you felt as you took your first step down the aisle, or the pure happiness you felt dancing with friends and family at the reception.

Number Two – that you won’t focus on whether the caterer delivered the proper color linens and set the centerpieces correctly, or if the DJ received the playlist, or if the bar service was up to par, or any other event logistic.

Where do I come in?

Approximately 8-10 weeks before the wedding when logistical decisions and planning progress quickly. I provide pre-event consultation and wedding day management services to ensure perfect execution. I will oversee and execute all details—translating contract terms, responding to third-party vendor questions, ensuring deadlines are met, considering the guest experience, to name a few. And then there’s the actual onsite wedding festivities—rehearsal, ceremony and reception—where I lead the work and ensure the experience you dreamed of flawlessly transpires.

Pre-Event Consultation & Wedding Day Management

Pre-Event Consultation

  • Conduct five pre-event phone or video calls with bridal partners to plan and review vision and execution
  • Conduct one in-person, pre-event assessment of the ceremony and reception venue+ (up to 2 hours)
  • Create a minute-by-minute ceremony timeline with assigned tasks and accountabilities
  • Create a minute-by-minute reception timeline with assigned tasks and accountabilities
  • Review bridal party composition, determine processional and recessional order
  • Review guest count, outstanding RSVPs, and changes to seating or catering logistics if warranted
  • Review guest journey and experience (arrival, parking, seating chart, gift table, etc.)
  • Review all third-party vendor commitments to confirm contract terms and promised deliverables (venue, caterer, florist, musicians, DJ, photographer, videographer, etc.) and contact each vendor two weeks out and again two days prior to the wedding date
  • Review floor plans to ensure alignment with ceremony or reception logistics and third-party vendor accommodations; share floor plans with vendors as needed
  • Write a pre-wedding email to the bridal party, parents, and significant others with on-arrival and ceremony/reception instructions
  • Communicate with the officiant to ensure ceremony set-up, timeline, and any custom nuances are fulfilled
  • Identify potential gaps or omissions in plans and determine resolutions
  • Coordinate wedding rehearsal and provide instruction briefing for bridal party+ (up to 2 hours)

Wedding Day Management

  • Liaise with the venue service manager on all facility needs and logistics
  • Review timeline for the bridal party and immediate family at the start of the day
  • Meet with you and your fiancé at the start of the day to finalize any last details, plus check-ins throughout the day
  • Greet all third-party vendors and oversee the proper execution of their services per timeline
  • Assist vendors/venue with ceremony and reception physical set-up if needed
  • Greet immediate family arriving early or VIPs
  • Conduct quality assessments for ceremony and reception set-up including reserved seating
  • Review audio/visual set-up with venue and DJ
  • Initiate ceremony, direct wedding party processional order, recessional order, and receiving line if needed
  • Ensure reception logistics are executed per timeline, cue speeches and toasts, check in with DJ if serving as emcee, ensure cake is cut and distributed, etc.
  • Distribute third-party gratuities
  • Solve issues as needed
  • Close out the event with the venue service manager and third-party vendors

Please note: Wedding Day Management fee covers up to 14 hours

Say I Do

Just as important as finding the perfect wedding venue or deciding the bridal party attire, you and your fiancé want a ceremony officiant who will create the most memorable moment when you say “I do” in front of your friends and families.

As your officiant, I take the time to understand your wishes for your ceremony. And most importantly, I offer moments to customize your ceremony—personal stories illustrating your love journey, traditional or non-traditional unity rituals, integration of faith-based or secular messaging, highlighting the significance of family or friends, and more. My goal is to ensure that your ceremony reflects your unique love story and your personalities resulting in a memorable experience for your guests who will feel inspired by your commitment.

I offer a contemporary marital message grounded in the concept of marriage as a personal covenant and a promise to love one another through your daily choices that lead to a long-lasting, loving partnership. I am ordained by the Universal Life Church Ministries.

  • Two, 45-minute pre-ceremony phone or video calls to plan ceremony vision and wish list*
  • Collaborative review of ceremony elements, customization and final ceremony script
  • Wedding ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and wedding coordinator (up to one-hour**)
  • Wedding ceremony (up to 30-minutes**)
  • Facilitating marriage license documents and submission per state/county requirements
